I'll be giving you a measurement back in inches, so hope you don't mind converting.
BTW, my Kleeman pulley is the solid unit.

Measurement from lip to lip will work thanks..
I live in South Africa and to get any pulleys are next to impossible .Was looking at trying a bigger pulley from a C180 or C200. Measured the C200 and that is 180mm - dont know if 10mm would make a difference?
170mm = 6.6 inches
180mm = 7.08 inches
Thanks

Contrary to popular belief, size does matter as if it's too small you are throwing valuable power way, too large and it causes belt rubbing against the waterpump pulley. The C200 and C230 would have used the same pulley, don't know anything about the C180. Also, avoid making a new pulley, it's not a good idea as you will lose the harmonic balancer. It's best to take a factory pulley and machine the larger plane smooth and then press and weld a new ring over that, cut the 6 grooves in and then get it balanced (key). I have some installation instrucitons on my website if that helps. Sorry, don't have a pulley to measure for you. All I remember that it was slightly more than 15% larger than stock.

That ring type goes over your existing pulley and is held on with set screws. Not the best idea! You can however use the outside diameter as a guide for a real pulley.

All the pulley kits available now for the M111 motor are basically rings that attach to the factory pulley, the difference being that that the pulley above is attached by you with set screws where the other companies have it pressed on, machined on the pulley so it's true and balanced. Several people have had s/c trouble with the ring above, my theory is because it was very difficult to align and maintain alignment and at least in 2 cases I've heard off (including the pulley above), it came loose. The concept was very good, an inexpensive ring that you can install without removing the factory pulley. Keep in mind that there was a minor issue with belt rubbing at this size so make a pulley this size at your own risk...
