So Ben... how about putting together a special MBworld 'kit'

-kleeman springs
-Eibach/Kleeman roll bars
+option for the kleeman shocks

For a lovely group buy price?

Kleeman: maybe you could do some incentive to Evosport to allow for an even better deal. I'd bet a ton of us would get ALL OVER this!

Thanks.

Why not ask for the world and package the following for a discounted group buy:

Package 1: Kleemann Springs and Anti sway Bars

Package 2: Kleemann Springs, Anti sway Bars and Dampeners

Package 3: Kleemann Springs, Anti sway Bars, Dampeners and Alloy or Ring Pulley

looks nice edvpt.

when i had my h&r's with my stock shocks and spring pads the car looked identical in height. The front is the same and so is the rear. I measured the wheel gap in the rear and the rear is basicly not even lowered. if u did want it lower without it tucking u can maybe try a #3 or #2 pad since my now tucks a little but but it looks great.

actually taking a close look at my car the front is a tiny bit lower than yours. heres a pic to compare.

Packages 1 through 3... maybe to save a few bucks, option Eibach sways instead of the nice pink ones

Sign me up! I am tired of squealing tire turns and waddling!

I'd also like Pam Anderson to deliver each package topless.

Since we're talking about things never to happen, might as well reach for the stars.

The sedan uses the same bars as the coupe.

well, maybe... the front, i think is the same. but when i asked ben at evosport, he said something about the rear was different. evosport is developing their own sway bars for the sedan.

kleemann did imply in one thread that they are the same... ???

I believe the rear bars on the sedan and the coupe are different diameters, but the mounting points should be the same.

The sways alone make a big difference in the cars handling without making the ride noticibly stiffer. It does tie the wheels together somewhat so what one side feels the other does to a lesser extent. The advantage is much less body roll and quicker response to turning. You can do it yourself if you are a 4 on a scale of 10 in skill with hand tools like a socket set and end wrenches. Make sure you are on jackstands as the whole end of the car must go up to do the job, not one side than the other. Try it, you'll like it!

The sway bars will have a mimimal effect on ride quality but will reduce body roll when cornering. Sway bar replacement can be done by most anyone familiar with hand tools. The rear bar is reported to be somewhat tricky, though.

Maybe you'd be better off having someone else do it.

They're basically stationary jacks (ie, no possibility of them releasing like a jack), and are much more stable than jacks. I wouldn't get under a car without 'em.

I'd volunteer to help out if you do it on a weekend!

We're just thinking about your safety, young. Like tommy, I never get under a car without using them.

tommy, i have no life insurance... precisely so that such evil plans will be foiled!!!

i remember mbtech saying that the best points for lifting the car are the standard wheel points on the side of the car. and that using the rear differential point could be bad - breakage? - so where do the jackstands go? front and back.

Removing the wheels makes easier access to the "drop links" which have to be disconnected to swap bars. It is not ENTIRELY required, but will make the job easier and quicker.
