**new PICS, dropped car on H&R's**

so i finally got around to installing the H&R's on my car, i was set on getting coil overs, but i figured what the hell, Darwin gave me a good deal on them and installed them in about an HOUR!, and he cut half a coil in the front and the drop is perfect for me, i also changed the rear bumpstops to a #3/13mm. ride is quite comfortable except on really rough roads, but i figure in a few months ill jus get some different shocks to accomodate the lowered stance, but overall i love it. ive gotten a lot of compliments and stares, i think it makes the car look so much better..lemme know what you guys think!

i also got a carbon fiber grille and the affalterbach flat hood emblem, but my damn camera died, ill get pics up tomarrow maybe.

Looks good. Are you interested in selling your old springs? Anyone know if they'll be effective in lowering an 02? I like the ride height of the new w203's. I'm not sure if i would need to get the struts from the newer ones as well.

Where'd you get the hood emblem? Ebay?

IMO those wheels look a tad bit like Mustang ones. Not that I don't like them or anything...

the springs are H&R but Darwin cut half a coil off the front set of springs to even out the drop, b/c H&R are notorious for having a gap in the front on w203's. the ride is very comfortable and smooth. i dont have intentions on selling the stock springs yet, but they will lower your 02 model a lot, and will look good on 17/18 wheels most likely. also about my sport 3 slat grille, im not sure if ill sell that either, but again i will let you know. so far there is no rubbing at all, it looks low but it sits right on the tires all the way around. i still have to get an alignment this week, but other than that its been smooth sailing. im getting ready for some wheels soon, i love these wheels, but sometimes they look small. the side profile looks great, but angles i dont like them lol.
