exhaust CL vs W

I know I should STFF but I did and nothing really came up. but guys, i'm so f***in confused about the coupe and sedan exhaust. I went on the REMUS site and was "motorizing" a 3.2L V6 but it doesnt say CL203. but the 230k has the "CL203" part to it. Can I just purchase a 3.2L V6 exhaust? below are 2 pictures, one for the 230k coupe and 320 sedan? I noticed the hooks are diff? please clarify this for me. I want to get a new exhaust quick.

i think you should go with the coupe exhaust since the 230 and 320 coupes are the same size. the sedan exhaust would be longer and mounted differently.

another question is.... the 230k and 320 coupe exhaust are diff sizes...wouldnt the 230k exhaust be "bad" for the 320s?

i would say give remus a call and see if the pipes are the same size. if they are, it should be fine.

drx appeal ...

the only mufflers remus/sebring has are 58mm inlet... based on that, and how the mufflers hookup to the stock C piping (without any reducers) i'm gonna go out on a limb and say that most probably the stock C piping is either 2.25" or the metric equivalent of that is...

2.25 isn't bad for ~200hp...

Nuke, good update! Thanks. That's actually what I expected it was before, but someone had corrected me saying it was bigger.

For those that don't read the other forum, I figured I would post something that someone posted today as it is also relevant:

He is talking about his Eisenmann Race Exhaust.

He also has a lot of good info on his 271 tuning issues...for those that are memebers, it's worth a read.

We're doing a NJ/NY meet in a part of New Jersey extremely accessible from NYC. It'll be July 9th and we're meeting at Garden State Plaza in Paramus, then going on a cruise to a park. If you don't know where that is, it's real simple, just take the GWB and when you get into NJ, take the Route 4 lane and stay on Rt. 4 for between 7-10 miles and the Garden State Plaza will be right there. It's about a 10 minute trip no traffic from the bridge, real easy.

Go to the Events&Gatherings section where I have the official post for it. If you can make it, just sign up there.
