At low rpm it gives a very low deep sound when I hit about 3k gets a lil louder but not too much I love it and i can feel my car go a lil faster also it shuld add about 7 to 10 hp =)

i too am interested in a remus exhaust (muffler) but a little concerned of the sound. is it a nice sound, not loud like a ricer, but fairly soft until you hit the higher rpm?

I know how u feel I look at 2 or 3 diff muffler till I finally chouse remus, the sound is very good, remus is know for its low deep sound, not like some it give a high sharp beeerom.. remus sounds like a vroom.. uh if u know what i mean.. it have a deep sound at low rpm and gets a lil louder thats about it, when I close window i can't really hear it, I will see if I can record the sound and put then up

Blueice can u see the bolt from sanding behind the car? i see the bolt on mine and when the car was on yestuday something is leaking from the bolt and it not rusty.

it is stanless steel, i dont know if the muffler is leaking maybe i just need to have the clamp checked out.

Thanks very much for the pics, they do help. My muffler looks ldenical to that underneath and so does the clamp, only the person that installed mine put both the nuts facing down unlike yours which is sideways which i like better, i will go back to where i had it installed and have him check it out aswell as to move the clamp sideways like yours. It also looks like you have more threads showing then mine, but maybe you have different size bolts. Oh and no i never did bottom out, there are no scrapes near it eaither.

One Question, does the tips looks very square?? Your picture from the back is blurry so can't really see it. The size is perfect but i'm concern with the squarness of the tip.

Not really u can see the close up pic =) I like it I am glad I did not get the round tip they are huge for C320 for C230 is smaller I think

I had ordered my muffler from D2 technik, i waited a week, and imlike whats the status of my muffler, the guy is like I TOTALLY forgot about you, well at that point i canceled that crap!

Now im back to nothing

Hey blackc230COUPE (not hatchback so/cal) you should take that muffler off and sell it to me!!!

hehe, i guess ill wait till there is an abundance of used muffler's available to purchase one.

hey guys whats up, LUCKILY I DID THIS, im not mad at you for all these opinions. I just feel sorry for the guy who actually did this because i wanted to post up the pic and say i had it so if i had gotten it i wanted to know what you all think. LUCKILY i didnt get it and feel like an *** later. but i asked him how much it was and he said his company makes it for $159.99 a piece.. BTW, thanks for some of you who actually cared to be nice, i can see how many ppl can be ignorant sometimes.
