search up our cool member POWA's videos, you'll find yourself a few videos of exhausts.
I am not worried bout an Eisenmann sounding ricey on a 6 cylinder or 8 cylinder Benz, because I know it won't...I am worried about my 4 cylinder Originally Posted by advans

my two local buddies, stillkickin and c230_05 both have the 1.8T 4cylinder with eisenmann race.
Are you planning to use the eisenmann resonator or a straight pipe? because that makes a difference in "sound"

I was planning on just using the stock resonator and just hearing how it sounds. If you I want something a little beafier, I will prob just cut out the res and run a straight pipe. Does it sound better w/o the res? And if someone can link the clip of the 4 cylinder with Eisenmann I would aqppreciate it because I can't find it on youtube. Thanks.Originally Posted by advans

sorry, POWA's clips only include C320 with eisenmann.
The Eisenmann Race comes with a resonator. no need to use your stock on.
You have to look into a 4 cylinder with straight pipe. some say with remus/eisenmann or any aftermarket exhaust, theres not enought backpressure if you use a straight pipe. but again, im not sure about the theory of backpressure.
If I was you, I'd use the eisenmann resonator, that the catback comes with

Hi guys, I am planning to get a new Eisenmann exhaust for my car, but the shops here quote me ridiculous prices. I saw The Eisenhaus for my car at EuroTeck. Just wondering if it says Eisenmann or what on the exhaust tip? Also, does my car use the same filter as C240 or C320?? I am driving a 2006 C230 Sports Sedan. Thanks !

How much did the quote you for!?
you can visit eisenhaus.com
your looking at about $700-$800 USD for depending on Sport/Racing and Tip Sizes.

Eisenhaus is the north american distributor for eisenmann exhuast. The tips should say eisenmann on it.

What is a "ridiculous" price? Eisenmann exhaust retails for around $850 US for the parts alone. Some people may consider that "ridiculous", but not sure if that's in the range that you were being quoted.Originally Posted by Onizuka

TIEN SS...I'm really happy with them. $1500 installed, tax included from Carlabs.
(That works out to about $250 install (very good price), and 1150 + tax for the actual CO's)
I am using the adjustment....firm on the twisties....
soft on the freeway. Really good ride for CO's.
I considered the Bilsteins.....but....I mean, what am I getting for my 500 more?

i am planning to order a remus universal exahsut for my car and was wondering whats a good deal on this type of exhaust. for the people who have bought this muffler, how much did you pay for it.?

the universal does not "exactly" fit onto our W203s. it needs possibly custom work done.Originally Posted by krew944

also, the universal is sports exhaust, why not get a car specific one? (car specific are catback systems)

Was that a beerphart or are my laptop speakers blown out? Either way, it sounded bad.
