Converting to Kompressor

Converting to Kompressor
New member. First post. Simple Q. I've a C240. Can this be converted to a Kompressor, by getting a turbocharger and whatever else it is that differentiates a non-Komp from a Komp? And if yes, what can I reasonably expect the change to cost me?

You can't compare the two, a Kleemanized C240 will be about 250HP vs a C230 sport sedan is 189HP. Of course it's always better to sell the C240 and get a C32 for 349HP, better brakes, better leather, better wheels, better resale.... For example, a 2002 C240 maybe worth 18K and a comperable 2002 C32 maybe worth 28K, so for $10k you got a lot more power and a lot less risk than doing an add on to your car for $10K.

im not sure if they have aftermarket kompressors/superchargers other than a mercedes tuner like kleemann. if they do have superchargers out there other than kleeman it should be cheaper by a lot.
