Projector Headlights

Has anyone installed projectors onto a w203? If so, how? I just ordered some new lights and I'm not sure how to get to one of the bolts on the headlight unit.

thats good cause those look exactly like real bi-xenons.

you can unbolt the bumper on one sied and do that side, then put bumper back on.

I guess the search was out of the question too. These links have step by step instruction on how to remove the bumper and install should be straight forward from there. Procedure should be similar to coupe:

2003-c230K 2001-c230k sportcoupe - 1998 A190 - 2008 Smart Fortwo Brabus
I would go with the original Mercedes Bi-Xenons...
I installed a set on both my sportcoupe and my sedan...
You will have to remove the bumper to find the bottom bolt...
20 minute job...
Watch out if you have the parktronic when removing the bumper...
You will also have to take it to the dealer to reset the settings on the computer... They did it for free for me....

My only problem was (and still is) that I can not adjust the height of the lights from the console....
I did it manually and it is fixed now...
Has anyone else had this problem when upgrading to bi-xenons...

Check my title kid. It's my responsibility to make sure that everybody (ESPECIALLY NEWBIES) try posting in threads that have been discussed before, instead of starting new threads first. A newbie starting a new thread that's been discussed before is an immediate red flag for laziness and unwillingness to read and post in prior posts.

For some reason, there's seems to be a mis-nomer that it's better to start a new thread rather than posting in an older thread of a topic that's been discussed already. That is wrong. We would actually prefer older threads of topics that have been discussed to come back from the dead.

That being said, this particular thread is in the similar vain of another DEPO headlight thread that was started. Is there any reason at all that you needed your own thread? Would it have been so difficult to post your question about install in the DEPO thread that was already started?

Sorry, but your thread does deserve to be critiqued because it's an example of how NOT to start a new thread. Especially if you're a newbie.
