I'm debating if I should go 18's or 19's and I need help..

I don't want to sacrifice too much HP and I care more about functionality...your opinions are appreciated!!

check out waveykat's ride, hes lowered and jus switched to 18's, carlsson reps, looks real nice. if u go 18, get a flat design to make the wheel appear bigger. jus get 19's man, haha, ive been debating too, but im like whatever 19's are what looks best. but i also like c's dumped on 18's.

 

you can still have functionality if a 19 inch wheel is light...i.e. 3 piece wheel. if you get a heavy 18 inch then you're losing functionality. find a lightweight wheel.....

otherwise, i advise to go 19's all the way!!!!

Are you going to throw your carlssons on there or are they already gone?

 

They don't fit!!!!!! They fit on the front and clear the front calipers, however the bolts from the C230 and the C32 are too long of a thread , the rears bolts from the c230 are too long and the bolts from the C32 are too short for the rear rims. the fit my C230 perfect, but i need to find the right size bolts for my c32.

But if ur interested I can sell them to you, and we can cut a deal. I like the new H&R's that neal showed the other day from the sema show. Pm me , i know youre somewhat local in the miami tampa orlando metro area and would rather
sell to some one like urself than ship it anywhere.

 

gabriel sf31 has my ride now, but back in itz heyday it was sporting 19" carlssons with an H&R suspension.

sup anthuny, i really wanna go 18's too because I want to be as close to the original diameter to not throw off the ESP and I drive to SF downtown almost everyday and I don't want to be bursting tires from potholes

 

i hear ya man, when i got my car lowered at carlab on my way home i was enjoying the ride and they had serious construction/potholes goin on in the eastbay, and i dipped hard a lot lol, i was like damn good thing i dont have good rims right now or theyd be a goner...

what kinda rims u gonna go...HRE's still??, get some brushed/flat blacks, chrome lip. itll looks nice on urs. hit up darwin haha, he'll set you up proper!

 

Found some very old pictures of my car. The car was using h&r cupkit and 18x8 and 18x9 Carlsson 1/5 Diamond Edition. Even I use different rims now but I regret selling these wheels.
