I would vote for the first. the second one looks to be the ebruni kit which is a company that makes replica kits. I've seen their kits on couple cars around my area, but it doesn't look as good since their kit is a replica kit of the S-class kit.

go with a different front bumper. most add on kits dont look as good as a whole bumper. the AMG or the Expression bumper is nice. the Lorinser Edition bumper would match the best but it costs $$$
for the side skirts, fill in the vents like this:
on the rear, you can get the reap lip which looks fine.

the second kit looks like you have to cut your original bumper. But it does look wilder than the 1st kit. The 1st kit is very low profile and i dont like add on lips. It looks cheap on Benz. If you gonna get add on lip get carbonfiber lip or something not like the one in first pic. Again, it just my taste.
