Get some sponsors and take out a loan.
If you pull that sh*t off then that will be the most badass C class to ever be made.
And to everyone else
YOU KNOW YOUR GOING TO WANT IT IF HE PULLS IT OFF SO STFU

Is @ Home
What do you think your chances of pulling this off is?
What previous motor skills do you have that can enable you to perform this task?
Is this a thought or is this for real?
Excuse the questions and don't take it personally, I'm just a bit curious because anyone can basically say anything over the internet.
Anyways, I would like to see your project and good luck if you are doing it.

Umm let's see, I know I won't be able to SINGLE handedly do this project, so I will be getting some help with it. I never intended on doing it myself, that would be setting myself up for failure.
Yes this thought is real, and I understand alot of people talk it up on the net. But I am seriously considering this.
Oh yeah found about an interesting bit of info the other day, apparently the C240 weighs in at 3360lbs. whereas the Trans Am (LS1 motor) weighs in at 3300. Hopefully, those numbers are correct because if they are that means i will be close to mid/low 13s with the C240 and even lower with bolt-ons. But I am getting ahead of myself. I still need to find sources to the diagrams and etc on the C240 so I can map this out. I might actually contact hinson about this...

Haha thanks for the support, and I think if this conversion could be done easily more people would do it because I know they love the styling of the C240 and the handling, it just lacks in the power department.

Update....
I recently e-mailed Hinson Supercars (Manufacturer of LSX powered RX7s, 240SXs and etc). They said could mock up mounts for the motor, transmission and other parts necessary to complete the swap. All that they require is that I bring the vehicle in.
