Besides a dealership are there any other places that sell OEM touch-up paint??? Also I know this may sound stupid but is there a process to applying touch-up paint or do you just brush it on and then you're done?

Check my website how-to section on bumper painting. It has a link to a company that will make custom mix paint to OEM specs for you and put it in a spray can.

I only paid $20 for the MB paint at my dealer, and it comes with 1 vial of clearcoat, and 1 of color.
I have heard, however, that it is better to use a paper match to apply it, rather than the "fingernail polish in-the-bottle" brushes that you get with the OEM touch-up kit.

Depending on the size a toothpick would serve you better.
