2005 C230 - Car Won't Start!!!

2005 C230 - Car Won't Start!!!
Help!! My car won't start and I have to be to court in half an hour!!!!
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF****~!!
I turn the key and nothing, engine doesn't turn over, nothing, then 5 seconds later the engine fan blasts into full speed mode!
I mean the fan sounds louder than the engine itself when it's running.
This really sucks, the one day I need to be somewhere really important and I'm stuck here with a car that won't start.

So I called Roadside, waited 40 minutes for the tech who told me it wasn't the battery and he couldn't figure it out. It's as if I'm trying to start it without pressing the clutch pedal so he thinks it may be a bad clutch position sensor. Now they have to tow my car to the dealership and i'm stuck in an Enterprise rental.

I made it to court half hour late, luckily the line was halfway around the block (I love the judicial system ) so it didn't even matter. The judge was a really laid back woman, probably early 40s, she let me choose fine or community service, i chose community service since I know someone who works for a non-profit 
But we tried push starting the car since it's a 6 speed, no go. Tried both keys, no matter. Roadside swapped the battery, it's got a new battery now and still nothing. WTF!!!

I come up to a stop sign, stop, look left, look right, pull out, all of a sudden a white unmarked crown vic is speeding down the road toward me, he pulls a u turn and flips on the stealth lights. 
SWEET it's the chief of police!!!!! my lucky day. gave me a ticket for failure to obey stop sign and a warning for no front plate. thanks for making me late to work ahole. i DID stop and you weren't there when I looked, you were speeding and almost hit me, you deserve a ticket for speeding and you have the nerve to turn around and stop me??? 
not guilty.

GUESS WHAT GUYS. Failed Engine Control Module. It's VIN CODED. F ME!!!!! My car is probably gonna be there for a week now, they gotta order the damn thing and of course its the weekend now and the mother f'er has to come from germany i bet so that means they wont even ship it till maybe next week if they feel like it and the techs will probably take their time installing it, AHHH I'm so pissed right now.
