h&r has a nice drop and a stiffer spring rate. tein also has a nice drop, but is cheaper.

H&R will be slightly lower than the TEIN S-tech

no spring only setup will feel great with the stock shocks as they're not designed for the shorter travel. From the age of your car I would guess the car has between 60-70k miles on it. You probably want to replace the shocks as well at the same time. If so go with either the Bilstein sport shocks or the KONI yellow sport.

thx guys my car has about 52000 miles on it i know i need to replace the shocks pretty soon but for now i think im going with the springs i have been reading the different sticky's on the forum. some people mentioned that putting after mrkt springs kill ur shocks faster. another thing im just thinking of leaving the OEM pads in there what do u guys think.
thx for the help(Im guessing im going with the H&R springs)
