Chrome Door Handles
I made the mistake of not getting the C7 package when I got my car and now am seriously regretting it. My ordeal is that I hate the black door handles on the silver body of my car. I saw on a website Chrome Door handle covers for the coupe and was wondering if anyone have seen these before. Do you think it would look tacky or perhaps it might blend in with the Chrome on the front of the car (The Star)?

Another good reason to buy a black one.... the handles match without the C7 package. Replaceing those Z rated tires every 10,000 miles is rough ! You won't miss that aspect of C7 !

Darn - I didn't think of this when ordering the C7.
I am putting on a Poll for this - let see who else is burning the rubber as quick as you are

Well, if you've got the ContiSports, you'll wish that they go before 10k!
One word: aw-ful.
I was lucky - I had a goose egg on one, so I used that as an excuse to replace them with real rubber. Gotta love rationalizations.
If you're in an area with all four seasons, you'll need a winter setup, so that'll extend the life of the good tires somewhat.

what you will need is to find the VIN # of a C7 packaged coupe, with the same body color as yours so they can order the handles.. make sure u get the infrared part too.. that is why the kit is so expensive.. And they need to reprogram your key or some mumbo jumbo like that...
i'm also looking into this.. unfortunately when we bought the C230k the C7 package was unavailable =(.. maybe there can be a group buy for this???
