19s are rubbing
Well after 2 years of wanting 19s, I got them and they rub. I am a little frustrated because the 18s went so well. Both sets of wheels are authentic Brabus and am glad that I still have the 18s.
I am running 265/30 like everyone else. I would have thought that authentic stuff would be a perfect fit. I guess I need to roll the rear fenders even though I am on stock suspension on my 05 C230.
Kinda bummed. What do you think?

I do not think so. The brabus fit kit had W203 on the packages and the wheel offsets for the 19s are ET45. The kit had 10mm for the back and 16mm for the front. They are 8.5/9.5 set up.

Rubs under bumpy conditions. No marks on the tires and worse when people are in the back seat and hit a bump. Sounds like a scrap. It could be the plastics underneath.

Wow. Hard to believe they'd make you run such big spacers, especially up front. Can anybody else with 19" Brabus wheels confirm the offset and spacer size?

A bucket on wheels
weird...mine only rub when i have more than one other person in my car and its pretty bad on the freeway. Every little bump and it will rub. I take it easy on turns and it might rub a bit if i turn the wheel fully to one side but thats about it.

In many situations that authentic wheels will also rub because of the tires sizes and the stock suspension that is too soft.
The best situation is to use 225/255. ALso, stock suspensions are too soft so when the car hit a bump or when it turns it will rub because of the body roll.m Try get a set of nice suspension and sway bars to decrease the body roll.
Good luck,
Nico

I got them from a vendor that actually got them from Brabus NA in NPB. They were in the shop for a year or so before the CEC deal. I know they are authentic though. Original box and stamped everywhere with part numbers and brabus/ronal manufacturered.
Oh yeah, found a local place that is going to look at the fender friday. We will see.
Thanks everyone for their input and help. I appreciate it.

the fender in the front? all they do is cut the tabs on the bottom of the piece of plastic you remove when you change the foglights.. Redrill the hole for the snap tabs, and I believe you can squeeze 20" w/o rubbing once you do that

You are running a 19 * 8.5 with a 29 offset?! That's your problem (for the front at least)...if you run a 10mm spacer up front instead, you'll be fine...I don't know how you are running that kinda offset up front.

white and whiter
edit: The correct offset for Brabus wheels on W203 is ET29 19x8.5 and ET35 19x9.5
