I'm sure it is...but still can't beleive that a much more hardcore enthusiast here hasn't tackled it yet! I'm STRONGLY thinking about it. I have the tools and experience in electronics...who knows...I might!

If I'm not mistaken, I have an old Climate Control Unit at home that I could dissasemble on the weekend and see the internals in order to picture how hard this proyect might be and have an idea. I think it might be a good starting point... We'll see how that goes...

There are no bulbs in the cluster. All of the backup lighting in those electronic components use surface mount LED that are soldered. If you are a pro at soldering tiny circuit components then do it. If not, then I wouldn't attempt it. Waste of time...

Once you've done this... what else is there to do?? The car would be the ultimate ride!! Everyone would see you rollin down the road and be all, "Yo look at those instrument cluster bulbs! They're another color!"

the blue tacho mod is easy...just replace the bulbs (see german site..they ship international and check their ebay auctions) but the blue lcd...that's cool!

umm, i dont know what you used but the clusters dont use bulbs

I used only regular soldering tool for few bucks from radioshack and LED from ebay Took me only one hour
