My comand volume knob decided to start shedding it's rubber like a snake! I took it to the dealer and they gave me a whole brand new comand head unit!!! Not bad, huh? And my visor's vanity mirror cover broke off, and they gave me a whole new visor! They also replaced all the seals in the differential because it was leaking, and they fixed my shift boot which was constantly coming loose.

Glad they fixed the bugs to your satisfaction. Did you remember to ask them to grease up your door handles as well?

my car was there for two days... comand replacement, visor replacement, fix the shift boot, and replace all the seals in the differential.

Just curious, which dealer do you use? Bill Ussery is the closest to me (I'm in the Keys), so I go there. I'd be interested in opinions on other dealers in the area.

Bill Ussery it is, guys. My service advisor is Joe Figarola... great guy, very helpful!!! Might want to check him out, tell him I recommended his services to you guys! lol, might make him be even better than he already is, lol! Sometimes, you just have to kiss ***. lol
