Will CLK rims fit C230?
Looking at a set of CLK AMG rims
17 X 7.5 Front / 17 X 8.5 Rear
Yeh, I know....STFF...
well I have, and having a hard time finding a straight answer.
Whats the offset?
Will they clear the AMG C32 calipers on my front?
Thanks in advance.

They will usually fit, the CLK and the C are the same car with almost identical chassis, except the CLK has a different body on it.

2005 W203 SS
i just bought some brabus replicas from a fellow member. he had it on his clk. i hae a 2005 c230SS. the rims are 18". they fit fine in the back. however, the BBK for the front was hitting the rims. i tried 5mm spacers and it was hitting it a little still. i got 10mm spacers for the front and they fit fine. good luck.

Although look similar they are slightly different. both the CLK and the SL shared a similar wheel as the C-class SS 5 spoke funnel wheel

7.5" wide for the 17's
7" wide for the 16's
AMG staggered 7.5"/8.5"
Using these wheels the offsets are correct for all way around.
It seems that the CLK W208 are correct for our C class but the CLK W209 are slightly different

I stand corrected lol!!! Does that mean that my W208 CLK Avantgarde wheels are the wrong offset for my C-Class or are they simmilar look but different offset? Lets say they are out by a few mill is that really that bad? The reason I ask is I have bought Brabus 18's but I prefere the CLK rims, but I dont want them on the car if the offset is going to cause excess wear and tear etc

Acording to the catalogue there is no staggered setup for the W208 unless the are the AMG and they are either:
7.5" wide for the 17's
7" wide for the 16's
AMG staggered 7.5"/8.5"
Using these wheels the offsets are correct for all way around.

I have bought coilovers but I have rims to go with them so offset should be safe but I do like the CLK rims that are on at the moment, they should still be OK once its dropped yeah?

Ha, I couldn't get a straight answer before I went, but now there's 20+ replies.
The wheels are
17 x 7.5 E37 front
17 x 8.5 E30 Rear
They fit fine, and look pretty good.
I wasn't looking to get a set of wheels, I just wanted 2 C7 wheels, but
after 3 weeks of driving on bent rims and no luck I bought these
Yes, I have AMG BBK and CO's, and they fit perfect.
Even was able to use the same bolts.
The rears are tucked, a spacer would accentuate the stagger.
They have PS2's on them, and ride and drive very nice.
Lucky catch from craigslit!
The only bad thing is if I get a flat on the front, there is no wheel that will fit
(due to C32 brakes spare won't fit, and with 8.5 on the back, I can't move to front), unless I drive around with an extra full sized rim in all the time.
I'll have to get a can of fix a flat, but that sh_it causes the tread to seperate.
