Service A Price

Service A Price
I am just wondering how much is service A price at your locol dealer.
I just took my car in for service A, and the price was $195, which I think it's very good price.
I called other dealer close to my work, and they want like 235 for it.
by the way $195 is long beach mercedes, and $235 is the one at newport beach.
i also called santa monica, and they want like 290 for Service A.
I am surprised, that the price can be so different at different dealers, I thought it should be close enough, but Santa Monica is about 100 more than Long Beach.
So, how much are you dealers charging you guys??

this was discussed just last month i think. i had posted some prices i was mailed and i just got long beach's last week. if i need to get any service done at the dealership i currently go to long beach.
theres a list of what is done in service A and B in that post and listed on the forums.
personally, i don't like penske or santa monica. i have a general dislike of santa monica dealerships, especially WI Simonson since my family has gotten mercedes there and service done there before (its the nearest dealership).
up in that area, you should check beverly hills (my old service place), great, but its really inland. isn't there a forum member working at beverly hills mercedes?
but i digress. i get service done privately. oil change costs $20 if i bring the mobil 1 and they check all the stuff listed on the service A list.

but ill be going to a indep. mechanic literally down the street from MB and getting it for $125+/-
