What's this little gold hole...?
I was looking for a pen in the glove box and noticed that there is this little maybe mini plug sized hole to the left side of the inside of the glovebox. Is this an aux input??
The dealer told me that I had to get some "stuff installed and programing" so I said forget it, MP3 CDs work just as well, so I never really looked.

same on my mom's C320, try plug in your headphone and see if it go in, AUX cable are "line-in" they are male to male so they are the same

It is on the right! Sorry, I was tired when I posted. I guess it's time to go out and get a mini to mini plug!

Open up the glovebox, and look to the right () of it. There should be a little hole that's like gold-ish. I've had my car for about 6 months and didn't notice until yesterday.
Tried it out with an iPod, works good. It's not as convenient as the iPod Connection, but I saved my self 599.22 cents, so I'm happy. I think I may just put my first generation shuffle in the glove box and let it play.
I used to use a FM transmitter when I had the ML, that pales in comparison to this AUX in.

What are the chances that my car also has this built in and I just haven't noticed it? I mean, MercedesFTW said that it went unnoticed in his car for 6 months. I've only had my car for about a month. I don't want to get my hopes up, though!

you have to bang it, then you can connect any kind of MP3 player using headphone jack, Male-Male "line-in" i bought a few in HK for 25cents, in US they cost 9.99... is SAME **** MADE IN CHINA
