i spent 300 bux on my leased 06 230 , keyword leased,
and its the best investment, im going to get my fogs mcculloch as well to match my headlights, best investment i ever made. =)

Nice car and pictures. Sometimes i think HID are better looking in Halogen headlights as oppose to Bi xenons. Just sometimes

After the installation, any error messages on the computer? or was the kit plug'n play? cause I thought you need to go to the dealer to change the bulb setting from reading the prevoius threads Car looks great btw!! Love the HID lights!!

Nope my friends kits come with the controller , so no messages!

I am thinking of doing the same thing. The roof spoiler and the c55 lip spoiler. Ive had friends give both positive and negative opinions. so i dont know what to think...

Trunk spoiler, definitely.

I will find out tommorow the exact cost but im pretty sure it is around 320, for both. It is an easy install, i mite just record it and post it as well for you guys.

yes, great pics. but dropping an HID kit into halogen projectors will never
result in good beam pattern. invariably, w/o changing bowl and/or projector
lens, you'll end up with a huge hot spot in the middle with depreciating light
drop off in flattened, oval fashion. would love to see the beam pattern to
see if you lucked out an ended up with a nice beam.

What about an '02 that has the frosted look lenses???? Is there a kit that changes out the lenses to the clear ones as well or do I need to buy the whole works for an '05 or '06 from the dealer???? Idea of cost for this???? I'm getting an '02 C32 next week and would like to change the lights. Thanks!!!

Oh, and awsome photos too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont think it is possible to just change the lenses but you can try ebay for a pair for alot cheaper just make sure the ones you buy arnt to cheap because then they melt.

You can't just change the lense, but DEPO makes a projector "bi-xenon" look a like headlight unit for around $450. Couple people have already tried it. They work and looks great. jtC320 has it on his car.
