C240's ONLY
1999 328i = 193hp, 206 lb-ft tq
2001 C240 = 168hp, 177 lb-ft tq.
You know what,.............. your c240 would blow a c230 away.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

2005 C240:
168hp @ 5700RPM
177lb-ft @ 4700RPM
2005 C230:
189hp @ 5800RPM
192lb-ft @ 3500RPM
if you can't read or can't understand those figures (which I'm pretty sure you can't), the C230 has more torque at a lower RPM and 21hp more than your C240.
also, MBUSA states the 2005 C230 0-60 at 7.5seconds and many reviewers have gotten it to 7.1. MBUSA states the 2005 C240's 0-60 at 8.7seconds. since you know nothing about cars, 1.2seconds is a lot of damn time. the C230 is damn slow and the C240 is a lot worse, so you're not smoaking anything... well, by the way you speak and think, you HAVE to be smoking something.
btw, your ghetto cold air intake ain't giving you the 21hp that you're down. I'd say it'll give you 2hp and that's being generous, you may even be losing hp with that ghetto setup.

Net power 215 hp @ 5,600 rpm
Net torque 229 lb-ft @ 3,000 - 4,800 rpm
Too bad it's lugging around 5,000 pounds.
