I bought two C320's for under $30k each.

anyway, you can't compare a 4.6L V8 to a 1.8L I4.
EXACTLY. So you are bragging about a non kill. How about you line up with a MBZ that has a similar displacement to yours? It will be a different story.

I used to like mustangs. Especially the older models, say 92 and before. What I could never get over is the clunky interior. Just poor ergonomics. That continues to this day.

You are more than welcome to chat and hangout. But by all means, lets compare apples to apples.

Oh and yes, I am enjoying talking with you meatheads. Don't take it all personally guys, by the time you pay off that Mercedes in 2030 it probably will be worth 3k more than my mustang.
My rides are paid in full my friend....sorry. Thanks for calling me a meathead in your reply....Ford 'Stang, Pot, kettle?... what do you fly? I think that would interest all of us a bit more...seriously...

I had him beat on the top end, every time he had to manuever for traffic I could blow by him and it took him forever to catch up. then he cuts me off before the next stoplight. He did get ahead of me a little there, but he had to been cheating because when I shifted out of first his car just made this loud hissing sound and leaped ahead. He must have had nitrous or a supercharger or something and twice the horsepower. If he had run up against a Kompressor V8 it would have been a different story, but these NASCAR
drivers in the POS trying to race all the time is ridiculous. I was thinking about changing the pulley on my supercharger again to get more boost. Would this work or just how much boost can it handle? Any comments?
Well this makes a little bit more sense (I used to own a coupe so I know all about the car and what it can and can't do - modified or not...)but do you really have it badged as a c23?

I wouldn't put these two cars in the same category...not even close...I wouldn't sweat it my man...its a Ford Mustang for crying out loud...just fix your badges so I'm not pulling up next to you making fun of you too...or debadge it....

Your 2003 was a 1.8 L m271 engine. There isn't that much available for the m271 as there was the m111.

His badging makes sense. It's fully Kleemanized and it is a 2.3 liter m111, so a C23K makes complete sense.

I'm fully aware of the engine lines...let me ask you this? Did it leave the factory as a c23? No, what he is trying to do is make it look more like an AMG.
Thats weak.

I haven't seen the badges so I may not be tracking with how it looks...I'd love to see some pics of this C23.
Sorry guys I clicked on the c class section out of habit...I'll go back to my E and ML sections now...

That K in a normal MB badging lineup would NOT reference Kleeman... these are modified badges...

No, he's just following what Kleemann did. Look at this pic from their website of the C Class Sedan.

The picture they have is of a C200 Kompressor w/ their body kit. Their badges say C20K on the right side. So, since he's got the 2.3 liter, C23K makes sense because that is how Kleemann has it! He's fully Kleemanized!

How do we know this thing is fully Kleemanized?

Is your MX-6 an M-edition after the spoiler install? - I'm just kidding - we are on the same team here...

You're missing the point though. His car is fully tuned by Kleemann. That's props just cuz he spent the money that a lot of people wouldn't spend on the car to give it more juice.

It doesn't make a difference if the sedan is listed on Kleemann's website or a coupe. It's still a w203 and still the same chassis, just different engines (and 2 vs. 4 doors). All the letters represent are 2.3 Kompressor. That's it. It's not posing or trying to be anything but exactly what it is.

MX-6 wasn't an M-edition. Got rid of the mx-6 before I got this car.

See, but that's a bad comparison. The "M" edition on the MX-6 wasn't Mazdaspeed...LOL. In this case, his car is tuned by Kleemann, so he has every right to put on the badges of the company that tuned his car.

Kleemanized C230K Coupe
Not sure why some of you guys are picking apart my car. If you read my first post, the mods were done after market. Yes, I bought the C23 and The Kleeman emblem, it was NOT FACTORY! I don't see why you want to give a guy so much cr&p over improving his ride.

Exactly! I was trying to justify it for you...LOL. I'm not giving you crap. I'm actually defending why your car is badged that way and I think you deserve much props.

Look at my other posts. I even gave you some input on what I've done with my m271 engine to get the AFR down, so that it's not close to detonation. Although, the m271 (from what I understand) has a higher AFR than the m111's just from stock settings alone. My car was ridiculously high with all the bolt-on mods, before I got the custom injectors.

2003 C230K SS (6 spd)
Actually the C23K does not represent 2.3L it represents C230 Kompressor m211 or m271 just like a C20K represents C200 Kompressor(not avail. in U.S.) All they do is drop the last zero and put the "K" in it's place. But there is nothing wrong at all with a Kleemann tuned car to wear Kleemann tags.

[QUOTE=gr8pilot;2257109]I am sure that i will be kicked of by tommorow. I just had a couple simple questions and then this whole thing got out of hand. 1st; what is a C23 Kleeman?]
c23 is probably a bit too much since no such thing exsists,

[Didnt really mean to offend anyone, except that ***** guy.
Anyway, getting tired here. Good luck with your cars, I really do admire them, just can't see myself in a foreign car. I am sure some of you can understand that.]

that would definetley make a lot of sense if foreign cars weren't miles ahead in quality and technology.

Reminds me of that movie (Airheads!) where some band takes over a radio station, and they called themselves the "Lone Rangers".
The radio guys is going, like if the lone ranger was lone, how could there be more than one?
