vandalize your own car??
my mom give the other key of my car to our neighbor, which i know she doesn't even know how to drive her own Hyundai(yea, and her son crashed it... which it worry me...) her whole family can't drive
i don't want the next morning i found out my car is gone, since school is over and made me worry every night.
so what the best way for them not able to start the car?? disconnect the battery?? or unplug inside the car??
yea doing that could save my car!!!

But, to prevent your car from being started; I would suggest that you keep the key to the car on you and lock your car. How can they start the car if you have the key and the doors are locked? Is this answer too simple or am I missing something?

Go to the dealership and invalidate that key. Make the key that you have the only one that works.
As asked above, why did mom give it up in the first place.
And yes, a 17 year old can afford a car with a part time job. My first car was a 1988 Hyundai Excel. $1,000..but you know what, it was mine and my mom couldn't just loan it out to people whenever she felt like it.
Maybe you should change the thread title to "Vandalize my mom's car?"
