becuz the coupe trunk is heavy as hell coz of the rear window

y'know, I was afraid if i reposted in this thread I'd get all the old responses all over again. Hey, I admit it's a dumb thread; if all you have to offer is that I shouldn't have my two keys on one key ring (which I do) or that I should put on my reading glasses and examine the key before I push a button (which I don't): save your keyboard. If you can't imagine a guy with two cars who drives them both, but has difficulty seeing the very minor difference between the keys, you can't help me (but thanks anyway, really)

John, you are the best. Is everyone in Kansas so generous? I have the black tab on my extra key, just can't figure out how to snap it out. I've never opened a key, like to change a battery, so maybe that's the first step.

The guy at the dealer just popped it out with his finger. He did not remove the battery part of the key. I used to have a blue, red, and grey one and hopefully I can track them down. Just know, that it is a big IF at this point, but I will look in my usual hiding spots.

It unlock the trunk like if you were pulling on the lid when it is unlocked. Well it is too heavy to pop up as you know, so it goes up about an inch (enough to see it is open) then you have to push it up yourself.

I think this key came with the window/hood remote controlled option and memory electric seat.

and yeah I have one key with blacktip and the other with grey.
