I have hid fogs and they interfere with the radio, I think its because where they are mounted. But if they are off the reception is pretty decent.

I am pretty sure that the rear suspention on the 4matics is the same as any W203. The front on the other hand is not.
My only concern would be the intake manifold bolting up and the fact I have 2.6l and not 3.2l I would hate to have to swap in a 320 motor inorder to run the TT setup. Sure would be fun having 400hp and AWD
