Mad,

Quality is several things, for example cast wheels are much cheaper than forged wheels which are much stronger and lighter and when you get 19" wheels there is very little rubber to protect them as compared with getting cheap 17" wheels. Also, single piece wheels are much cheaper than multi piece wheels. The advantage of multipiece wheels is weight and looks. then you just have the typical fit, finish, quality of materials of anything you buy like clothes, think of these are shoes for your car, do you want Walmart shoes, or Prada, somewhere in between... Also, may sure the offset is designed for your car or it will rub. They say these fit all MBs yet not all MBs have the same offset.

Lastly, keep in mind inexpensive 19" wheels can get heavy. In addition, the diameter of the tire is greater so expect a noticible drop in performance but that's OK, you'll have to cruise slow and steady for people to notice the new shoes.

I'm with Buellwinkle...no offset is listed, so they probably fit sh*tty on all of the cars rather than fitting well on any of them.

Good thing I read this thread, I was actually considering buying a pair from that same exact company. Not knowing much (read: nothing) about cars, I figured "Hey, they look hot, and don't cost much... sick". Guess I'll watch around the classifieds a bit more before buying =)

I can still prove Buell wrong in soo many cases other than Forged being stronger, but the main thing first...those wheels from the link ain't going to fit your 06 230.

Unfortunately, that is a problem that plagues many newbies on this forum.
There is tons and tons of information on these threads. Search & read.
Check the TIRERACK wheels & tires forum too here on MBWorld.
There is so much to learn before purchasing something as important as wheels and tires for your Benz.

i think the ZR2's are hot. looks like the black it comes in is more of a flat black than a gloss. that true?
