How To Make A C-Class Last Forever
-Many owners recommend according to the traditional 3-5k schedule (which every MB mechanic has told me is completely unnecessary on new cars).
Before 10k miles I can feel the difference, so the ideal may be somewhere in between at about 6.5k miles.
Besides, it's best to avoid unnecessary trips to a repair shop--anytime you take a vehicle in for service there is also a risk of damage (speaking from personal experience here).
Thanks for all of the helpful information.
This is my first Mercedes. And with this Car. Right now Mileage is at 237 K and still runs AMAZING. Just bought a OBD2 Scanner to help with some issues I might run into in the future. And is the oil change really only necessary at 13k with mobile1? even if I drive it daily? I plan on changing it on the regular interval but just want to know the ropes of this car.

I have new belts, air filter, fuel filter, front brakes, spark plugs, and an exhaust gasket ready to go to take her to the next 100K miles, and a 2nd mileage award.
Was planning to do the work today but the temps just went to 90 degrees, so F it.
