Well I cleared all the errors, can't get the C1162 to clear on my ESP though, and don't have the info to interpret that data, CIS won't tell me what it is, so....
I scoured the DVD, nothing....
Haynes is coming out with a manual soon..
and I could buy one day of techinfo, but the main thing I want to fix next is the hatch latch, and the noisey plastic panels...
haven't gotten to it yet...soon.

There's some stuff I don't understand...
I can't find an actual manual anywhere. Some of the modules listed I have no idea what they are...

Mercedes 1993 180e (190e 1.8), 2002 C180, 2006 sl350 3.5
I recently tried running carsoft 7.4 on my w203 using a multiplexer tool (item listed on ebay as 'MB Diagnostic Interface Best MB 7.4 Multiplexer For Mercedes Benz Carsoft 7.4'). I did this so that I could diagnose an ESP error I was getting. I installed the software on an XP machine with a serial port and it runs fine. I then plugged it into the OBD2 port (the only diagnostic port my car has) and it seems to read information from 'ME' only, but appears to have 'module is not build in or does not respond' for all other digital tests. Given some people have managed to get ESP codes using these devices, what should I do to try to get the error code I need? The lights on the multiplexer are on and the key is on ignition position 2 (have also tried with engine running). I have also tried using a normal OBD2 reader, but no codes are coming up.

W164 2011 benz
It mainly for the car from 1996-2004. And you can refer to the user manual: http://www.obdtool.co.uk/upload/serv...ser-manual.pdf

Not really sure. You wouldn't get any results if it wasn't communicating.
Try the R170 forum on benzworld. Those guys are way carsoft savvy.
Look for Subby.
