C230 broken inside door handle
You DO NOT want to glue anything. There is a plastic screw knob that screws into the back of the part of the handle which is coming out of the door. That is what secures the handle to the door. Either that screw piece or the part of the handle that it screws into is borken. If you try to glue, you'll be glueing things together that aren't supposed to be.
I just glued it w/ some crazy glue, any super glue will do.
Replacing the whole part is just not worth it.
The trick is clamping that handle while u wait for the glue to dry...I came up w/ a contraption out of ordinary tools, some books and a set of dumbells to press the handle firm against the door.
Hasn't broken on me yet.

I was like, what the hell? How are you getting into the car and just be braking ish!...
I hear this is a common problem. Mine was fixed under warranty, but you don't need to replace the entire thing, just the handle. Part number for passenger side is 203 810 16 51 7213 for orion grey (ash) inerior. Not sure what the part number is for other colors, but you can always search for it in the collision/interior trim/pull handle area of duval or oempartsdirect. Only $24 bucks at Duval + shipping cost OR if you're under warranty, it should be covered.

Simply pulled the door shut from the drivers side and snap, off it came.
I bought the car 4 months ago and I called the dealership (Lokey Motor Co. Tampa Florida). He said it would take 4-6weeks for delivers and that it WAS covered under warranty. so i am assuming that once it comes in, they go put it in free of charge. ill keep you guys updated.

i used this to do it http://www.installuniversity.com/mb/...placement.html was simple to do and so much smarter than glueing when the part is so cheap.
