ouch, sorry to hear that, but in seriousness the car doesn't look that bad. The rear damage seems similar to what happened when I had my e46 328Ci and got rear ended on the freeway. minor damage to the actual bumper and light housing.
the front looks bad, but it looks like the hood took all the damage, the front upper rail needs to be replaced. leaking coolant from breaking some hoses. bumper looks like can be fixed, new lights, etc and you are all good to go.
all in all unless the insurance are too cheap to pay for the damages because the labor will rack up. from my guessitimate you will rack up more than half of the car's value in repair bill and insurance will consider your car "total" and give you the market value of the car (which is complete ****).
p.s. don't forget to call the chick. get some dates out of this.

Thanks Frank.. The guy at the body shop was more concerned with the rear than the front. The entire floor of the trunk was pushed in. I need a new trunk lid since that one is bent and the quarter panel might be a little bent as well.
