My car may be TOTALED
I was driving down main street and a pedestrian stared to cross the street. The SUV in front of me stopped and I did as well. This chick was driving in the right lane decided to change lanes and didnt know we were stopped. She hit me at about 30mph smashing in my trunk and throwing me into the SUV in front witch F*cked up my front end. Girl was kinda cute tho.

I think a tear just rolled down my face. That sucks majorly man, its good no one got crushed like it looks like they should've. And if that's the girl in the pic, yea, she it pretty cute.
Are you hoping it's totaled so you can get the money out of it? or would you rather have it repaired? I'm sure some of your mods are still salvageable. Good luck with everything dude.
Edit: Haha, we must've posted at the same time because you answered my second question. If you're planning to part out and get an E55, I'd probably buy half your **** off of you since I need to get some stuff for my 203.

Yes and no, Ive put a lot of blood and sweat into that car and would hate to see it gone. But at the same time, if the frame is F*cked then I dont want it back, and I wouldn't mine an getting e55

Not much to part out.
The bix are broken, the tabs at least.
Front bumper is cracked
fenders broken
rear bumper trash
rear taillights cracked
exhaust is chipped a bit and the hangers might be broken.
only thing that remained unharmed are the wheels.

Glad you are okay, but you may want to check your neck. I had an accident before, the next day, my neck was very sore, even it seemed okay the day before.

Are you in a no fault state? Shouldn't the rental be on her dime/insurance and shouldn't it be something "equivalent"? I hope they don't give you crap about the body kit. Be REAL careful about your neck. A cousin had a neck and back problem traced back to when he was rear ended at a stop light (he was driving a police cruiser 
) a year before!
