I think you'll need to go to the dealership for the part. I recall someone mentioning the part was somewhere in the neighborhood of $30, but I could be completely wrong about that.
Be warned, those parts are not screw-on, so replacing them is a bit of a pain. The grille has 4 plastic posts that stick out the back. When you install the grille, the posts stick through the back of the door trim panel. Then, they use a hot metal plate to melt the plastic posts, essentially creating a plastic rivet. This process (heat-stakeing) isn't reversible. To install a new part, you'll need to cut off the melted plastic ends, remove the old part, insert the new part, and melt down the plastic ends again.
I don't have part numbers for you, but good luck to you if you replace it yourself. It's not really that bad, as long as you are ready for the method.

so i will probably need an exacto knife to cut off the old plastic which was melted, then tear it out, then insert the new, then remelt it to stick to it again?

That is basically it. You will need a TORX driver to get the door panel off and I think it is a T20 or T25, can't remember for sure.

Just talked to the dealership. They said $125 for the part & approximately 1 hour labor, so a total of $200-$225 to replace the speaker cover. Sound fair to you guys?

Out Of Control!!
Sounds like what I paid when I had to replace mine years ago.
Mine's broken again, but I'll be doing it myself the next time. It really seems pretty easy (famous last words!).

I replaced mine on my Sedan in less than 45 minutes. Replacement panel cost me around $30 with tax and is pretty easy to do by yourself as stated in an above post. Save your money and try it yourself. Tork #20 is what is needed to remove the screws. Good luck.

Thanks for the replies. Let us know how it goes, Tommy.
Nokiemon, I wonder if the dealership would install the part if I take it to them, sounds like they have a pretty high mark-up on parts ($125 vs $30). Where do you order your parts from to get those good prices?
At any rate, I made an appt to have the work done tomorrow. But would like to educate myself on how to take care of some things in the future without having to pay the dealership.
Thanks for your help.
