Need to Vent.

SO. Most of you noticed that I havn't been 'active' recently, for the past month or so.

Okay... so heres how my november went...

1.my engine mounts collapsed! and I bought my car in to the stealers...they fixed it.

2.because of the engine collapse, my exhaust was hitting the body...so I had that fixed.

3.my washer tank fell down, because the idiots from the dealers didnt put the SCREWS back on.

4.my hid fogs burned out

5.my ac stopped working

6.stupid dealers replaced my climatronic with the manual adjust one

7.didn't put the dash on correctly

8.idiot stealers took out my CD changer, didn't even install it back. excuse was "didn't know how to put it back on"

9.ML shocks blew

10.ML navigation stopped working, again, 4th time.

11.idiots broke my A pillar while putting the dash correctly.

12.ML battery just died.

hectic month eh?

time for them to pay you to replace a new one

LOL what dealer is that call?? when i move to NYC i will stay away from it

haha jordan, the E500. dont remind me. my aunt backed up into the gate. its getting fixed.

robert, warranty expired 11/22/07. I bought my car in 11/21/07. Got my car back, Last thurs. and the car is at the dealers again, yesterday.

Oh right, I didn't get to drive my car for total of 7 days since my engine mounts collapsed!

WTF is up with the climatronic and CD changer? I'd be pissed!

wow. well, I'm glad that my awesome tech and dealer (Beverly Hills Benz) replaced my engine mounts under warranty before the warranty ended.

if it makes you feel any better, my HID fogs also went out and I'm running stock fogs as well...

haha Phil.

I got into the car, was gonna turn on the "heat" and i said "WTF!???!?!?!" got out of the car, nearly killed my SA. then I said. "FINE, forget it." Drive off the lot, turn on the music and all I got was radio. I then went like..."hmm maybe I need to re-boot the system, went to get the navi disc, open the glove box, everything is GONE even my CD changer." it was empty.

I ordered new bulbs. 8000k again phil. I wanted 3000k but i'd look like a lexus. and I had that, and am sick of it! haha

First of all, sry to hear your cumbersome experience with stealership.

Just out of curiosity (I'm kind of rolling my eyeballs whether I wanna jump to W203), how come engine mount collapsed already? Do you have more than 100,000 miles?

I think even the oldest W203 is 7 years old, and it is too early to worry about engine mount.

Hey Advans,

Sorry to hear about all that trouble, that sounds really awful. In my own experience having to put up with the MB dealership issues, I really have to say that I found 'reporting' the issue to MSUSA.com worked wonders. I complained about a dealership near me to mbusa.com (I registered my car in the 'owners' section) and really got a satisfying response. They refunded me some of my costs, called the dealer and told them to detail my car for free next time I am there (still not sure I am going to go back), and also sent me a written apology for my hassles.

Anyhow, I felt 'better' seeing that I actually got a nice customer service in the end.
