Car Died last night !!!!
Okay so I'm pulling into the garage at the mall, and as I'm waiting for a parking space from this chick, all of a sudden my car dies and flashed really fast a check battery and alternator warning in RED.
So i tried to fire the car, and it would crank but not turn over. WTF !?!?!?!
So luckily the guy right next to my dead POS, was pulling out and helped me push it in the space right in front - HEAVY A$$ car i may add ! first time having to push it !!!!
So i decided to just continue with my shopping, stopping at the Cup O Joe inside and have a few 4 mojitos
and about 2 hrs later left to check the car. Got in it, fired right up, now i have a check engine code popping up and i will be check this afternoon.
Has this happen to anyone and WTH could have happen ?

Yeah those are being checked as we speak - and its gonna be a sad friggin day for that car if something is wrong with it. I'm getting sick of it, so yes its officially on the chopping block pending this service visits outcome.

Sounds to me like the alternator is not charging the battery. What happened is your battery refreshed while you were out.
These cars give little warning about low charge situations.
Likely be a bill of about $1500.

+1 on that. I had the same thing happen to me the first day I took over my car. Just be smarter then I was dont jump start the thing and kill the rear sam that will put you out of another $250. I feel for you man be strong.

well i still have the STI, but thats more for racing and what not, kinda just combing auto trader now. Not really sure where i wanna go with it.
