What's your MPG in Winter? ALL C CLASSES

Hey mbworld amigos. I want to see what kind of gas mileage you guys are getting in the Winter. I've heard that with lower temperatures and formulation of gas in the winter, that the MPG drops. I bought my C230 in mid November, so I don't know how it does in spring/summer temperatures.

What kind of drops are you guys getting? Also, please specify if you are getting your mpg from the computer, or by miles/gallons filled up.

According to miles/gallons filled I'm getting roughly 22-24mpg average, lot's of highway, conservative driving...

How about you?

Oh, and if your not in a state where it gets really cold and snows in the winter, feel free to- hey wait, didn't the temperature drop to about 20-30 degrees in Florida this year? lol...

gotta love florida...

Ambient was around -35C this weekend and -50C w/ windchill but it should be clearing up on Thursday.
It's only +20C in the garage.

I heard Vancouver got a surprise snowfall as well?

^^ Yeah, we got dumped on for 3-4 days, supposed to end tomorrow. I got stuck in my driveway coming home tonight and the driveway is flat

On the bright side, time to hit the slopes!

I always wonder how you Prairie people live. Spent a summer in Penhold and they had the most kickass weather. Crazy hail during the summer, and lightning storms that light up your entire field of view.

today 1-30-08. 13 degrees in cleveland ohio. 30 mile commute one way with combination of highway and city - computer noted 24.5mpg, the road conditions this morning (5:00am) was icy so my max high way speed was in the 50's. My usual mpg with 60-70mph was around 26-27mpg. Winter tires are Hankook Icebear W300 and i have an 07c230SS.

thanks

My commute is 27 miles each way, mostly highway and rural roads (no traffic lights). I usually average 27-28 mpg on my commute, and about 25 mpg average per tank of gas. I live in Massachusetts. Average temps are in the mid 30's this time of year.
