Hi guys!! lee wrote me back and told me that it is not a problem... he just told me to install it a and have fun!

I think it would work fine!! I do not know what are you guys like in a competition between the two pulleys!! i think that is stupid!! but anyways!! what i choose the ASP and it was because I heard a lot of good comments and it was a good price for a good mod!! i think the Kleemann is also good, but i can not understaind why the charged that much just for a metal peace!! That's just what i think and my opinion! so please if somebody does not like it, it's allright, but don't get to the point of get a discussion about it!! thank you all for the help! you guys are the best!!

Yeah! that is true! there are a lot of slow cars going there.

I had almost 10,000 miles and my computer says that the service is around 14000, but i want my service so in this way i can install the pulley and a least they won't see it for the next a least 10,000 miles so if something wrong happens ( you never know) they won't know nothing about that! I also bring a list of things for my car including the change to stage two! but the service guy told me that he can't because of the warrante same B.S. tha good thing about is that i can run my car with the normal setting and then went i change the stage i will se if there is any difference or not! if you want to check what my dealer is doing to my car check this link!

What i can tell you is to drive 3000 miles more and then take it to service!! and if you want to have an extra miles in your car remember i will be in morosso next friday!! hehehe

From what I've seen on the forum, it seems that dealers do early service A based more on mileage rather than age (usually >8000 miles), which is probably why Diego got an early service. Might be different for your dealer - guess you'll have to ask.

Cheers, BT

yes i just called and they said at around 8,000 miles they might do it but not 5K. Is it bad to drive the car hard even if the oil is a year old? (over)

Just do an oil change yourself now. That's the most important thing they do in the service A. So just do that now and wait until the soonest they will let you do the service. I changed my oil at 5,000 miles and it was pretty dirty, so it's probably a good idea.

You can do it anyway you want to. You're a young guy, aren't you? You should be fully capable of climbing under the car and doing it yourself. Or you can have someone else do it. You can even have the dealer do it, you just have to pay for it. The price depends on the dealer. You should probably use Mobil 1 10W-50. The filter shouldn't cost too much and make sure you get a new washer for the drain plug. It is a crush ring that needs to be replaced each time to get the proper seal. If you can afford two cars, then you can probably pay someone to do it for you if you don't like to do it yourself.

LOL! You don't change the oil from the bottom any more...you suck it out of the dipstick hole. No, I'm not kidding.
My car only had 5k after a year and the Service A indicator came on for an oil change at exactly 1 year to the day. I wonder why yours didn't? Ask the dealer about it.

What are you LOL about? You can change the oil from the bottom still if you want to. I could have sucked it out, but I wanted to drain it. And since I have access to a lift, it wasn't difficult to raise it up and take off the belly pans and drain plug. If you DIY and don't want to buy a topsider to suck it out, it's just fine to drain it out, no matter what the dealer does.

BlackC230Coupe, yes, it should eventually tell you to do the service A based on time. It may take longer than a year, but eventually you should be able to do it even with low miles.

The Service indicator is mileage and time based. Those that drive 20k per year may only get an oil change at 15-20k, those that drive 5k per year will get an oil change at 5k. I drive about 10-12k per year so Service A was on track at 10k and Service B is on track at 20K. My dealer lets me come in up to 1,500 miles early based on the indicator.
