Blow his car up, seriously. Moltov cocktail style. Then when the police comes and says the guy says you blew up his cars because he stole your rims. Just be like, I told you he stole them, and prove it that I blew his car up.

You never know when Karma is going to bring a brick through that dude's car windows...maybe all of them.

or just take a knife and stab the tires, so he can't use them. Or better yet, loosen all the bolts on one wheel and let him drive on this **** till it falls off.

Aren't tires serialized? Like they have to be for the extended warranty, and for recall purposes.
Can't you file a complaint and have them held as evidence?
I mean he took the wheels AND tires right?
That means that both have to match.

The wheel dealer called you, recognized your rims, and no one has any document, or reciept, to prove that either is yours?
Maybe focus on the tires, they DO have SN's.
And the dealer you got those from would have that info.

Call the guy up and tell him you have the all evidence against him, and
he's going to jail! Last chance to return the wheels and tires, or bubba's
gonna be doin' him raw for a year. Like how many prior's does he have?
Add to the theft, obstructing justice etc.and how many felonies over 3 will he have...as in 3 strikes, once he's convicted.

But you being a nice guy, just want the wheels back...and $500 for all the crap he put you through, or it's off to jail with him.

wow.... what is this guy's address? we could have some fun with this! PM me...
karma is a B!TCH

such an awful experience you're going through! i just got iForged rims on the BMW and don't have any wheel locks yet. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and look out the window to make sure everything is OK! And i'm not usually that paranoid, but I know that it could happen.

good luck with everything. the molotov cocktail idea is a great one. maybe an anti-aircraft missile could be improperly aimed by accident...

You guys are too funny!!! lol..!! I've played different scenarios through my head and I wish I could act out. But, I've got a family to care for and this ***** is just not worth it. I do have all his info, name, address, phone, vin number, lic number, etc... It would not be hard to do. Hell, I've got some big *** polynesian cousins that wouldn't blink an eye if I told him where he was. But it would only cause more trouble and at this point, I just want my car back so I can move the hell out of here. I've got one more shot at this. When my car was hit, one of the rims got damaged. It rubbed against the shock absorber for the 1/2 mile or so it took to tow the car back to my house. If my memory serves me right, there was damage done to the inside of the rim because the shock absorber needs to be replaced as well as the liner inside the wheel well. I will be meeting the officer at the dealer to show him what I'm talking about so that when he goes back to this jerk offs house, he'll know what to look for. I think this will be it because he told the officers to not come around anymore without a search warrant. I'm praying that this will work. I've already tried to recover the serial number from the tires. The shop that sold them to me said that they don't have it. I find that hard to believe but at this point it doesn't matter because nothing seems to be working out for me. I'll keep everyone posted. mahalo.

If I was near where you live I'd be down for a Benz Meet, right outside this guys house...

You guys should do it...line up his street, while he's home, and block his driveway...

nah that's weaksauce. what you should really do is place a ring of propane tanks around his vehicle then get 20 of your best friends to bring their Barrett M-107's and aim them at the tanks then on the count of 3 fire!

Wow bro, I hope he gets what's coming to him through legal action. That's just ridiculous how people would stoop that low and how the stupid dealer would just not give a damn about you. Don't worry, the justice system will handle em.

Ps: I think the only way I could identify my rims is that FrankW sold it to me through a group buy and that no one else could have them.... and also the fact that three of my rims have curb rash except for one.

UPDATE: I got the rims back today!!! But.......they are f'kd up. Every single one has the worst curb rash I have ever seen on a rim. I'm talking about the whole damn outside lip of the rim curbed to infinity and beyond. The spokes have scratches and dings all over them. I'm so sad to see them in such bad shape.... I had 2 detectives go with me to the guys house because the father of this kid did not want any more trouble. He said, "if you can i.d. them, i'll make my kid take them off and give them right back." sure enough, the car was parked right outside and as soon as I saw them on his car I knew the were mine. We knocked on the door and the father came and out and said "are they yours?" I said yes. He yells at his son to come take them off. His son came out and I had to walk away because I was about 2 seconds away from getting myself arrested. I wanted to beat this kid to the ground. He opens the garage, drives the car in and starts to take the rims off. This kid had an air compressor at his house and had all the goodies to go with it. He slaps his air gun together and starts taking the rims off. This kid literally had a frickin car shop in his garage. how nice... He even started to question me. "where'd you get em from." "what kind of car were they on?" yada yada yada... shut the hell up you frickin idiot and give me my wheels back!!! aaaahhhhhhhh!!! I wanted to punch this kid right in front of his old man. We loaded em up and took off and the cops started laughing and said "if that was my son, I would beat the living daylight right out of him." I couldn't agree more. Now, I have rims that I don't want anymore and a car that has already been stolen from twice in one week. I'm done with this car. I'm meeting with the GM tomorrow night. I'm not walking out of there until he helps me resolve this hell I've gone through. Yes, I got the rims back. But now I have a punk kid that knows my car, knows what I look like, and will probably see my car around because there aren't many modified c's running around these parts. So my intention is to get into a new car at the end of this. Wether it's a mbz will be up to my wife. As for me, it will take a while before I can trust them again. But to drive this car, to me, will put my wife and daughter in danger because I have no idea what this kid will do if finds my car again and if he does something to it while my wife and daughter and in it, so help me god, I will make sure he knows he fk'd with the wrong guy. Thanks for all those who have helped me. The support has been great. I will still frequent the forum to see whats going on. I know most of you don't know me but when I move back to socal, I'll hit up one of the local meets and we can have a laugh at my expense about this misfortune. Have a great day. Mahalo. ps. make sure you do everything you can to i.d. your rims and tires because if someone jacks them, you might have a shot of proving their yours.

thanks guys. I am not planning to keep the car. it will be put back to stock
which sucks because I spent time and money to make my car into what it is now and to have to change it back just makes me so upset. the kid was young. couldn't have been older than 18-19 yrs old. what a punk.
