How do you sell a C240
My wife has decided she wants something else, so we have decided to sell our 2001 C240 (49,000 miles). For those of you who have sold these cars, where did you have the best results? If I trade it, I know the stealer will value it less than dirt.

No, I do not even know who driver450190 on Benzworld is. I will keep trying various advertising avenues. I certainly hope the car is worth more than $10,000. If that is all I could sell it for, the dealer gets it.

I don't know how generous dealers are in Seattle but figure kbb trade in is $8,500 or so. Then understand that prime banks will not floor a car that old so dealers can't finance the purchase so likely they would buy to dump at auction and make some money on top of auction fees, preparing the car for sale and hauling it to auction plus the risk that it doesn't sell for as much as they expected. I figure they would offer about $6,500-7,000. So the way I look at it, $10,000 would be fantastic for you.
