Tein Basic Ordered, Lip question
Tein Basic Ordered, Lip question
So i just ordered my coilovers last night, i was wondering if i am still going to be able to tuck the front even with the carbon lip, any input or suggestions i appreciated, thanks!
while that may be a valid concern (i don't know because i don't have that lip), you may also want to look into getting your tires/wheels to fit with the coilovers and that low, tucked look.
my 19's rubbed my TEINs so i had to switch to a 225 tire with a 5mm spacer in order to get it to clear and ride low, but even at that, im at about the 4th thread from the bottom....and it just barely clears. the 17" oem sport rims did not clear and i had to raise it up to oem height so i could drive it until i got everything sorted out.
so its a delicate balance, you want it low so you can tuck and to do that, you will probably need spacers with those oem rims. on the other hand, you can't go out too far with spacer for a "tucked" situation or you will rub the inside of the fender liner on the outer side.

so basically i need spacers because im not doing wheels anytime soon, i love my 07 wheels so where can i buy spacers for my front and rear to push the rim out a little more
