decide to vinyl my spare 05 grille instead of stripping the chrome and painting it.

was going to cover all the chrome part, but realize i didn't get nearly enough vinyl since i want it to be seamless so I took the idea from c24owner and blazin and went with it. probably cover the rest of the chrome when I get a bigger sheet of vinyl.

I bought it locally from Super Autobacs in Stanton. It's a brand called AMU'Z from Japan. very thick Vinyl.

If I had choice tho I would've bought the vinyl II style from this site http://www.tiptopsigns.com/Vinyl-Sheet-p-1-c-22.html

Beeech... I don't want fake cf door pillars! The more realistic cf pattern vinyl would have looked much better.

if i'm doing the inner slats. i'll probably get the better patterned one like i showed you before, but not right now. just trying new things out.

too much unsolved **** right now with the car. smog, battery drain (again and this time could be dome light as well as seat module.), clunk from rear sway bar, etc.

I bought some of that CF II stuff and didnt like it whatsoever. Maybe it was just my batch, but the color of the CF was more purple than black.

interesting...how thick are they? i've compared the amu'z vinyl with the Avery vinyl i use for my hobby r/c The Avery is thinner and more stretchable.

Its not that thick, but not streachable at all. It just looks so fake.
