If the roads you drive on are very good then 19" would really look good. Otherwise, go with the 18''. However, you may want to lower it a little to complete the look. When I upgraded to 18'' wheels on my c240 my car looked better but the gap between the top of the wheel and the fender well just did not look right. Lowering the car made the car look super.

Hope this helps.

The True OG Modded out W203
Out of experience w/rims I would recommend you get 18-inch if it is for your wife. I let my girl drive my older car w/19's and she didn't like the fact she had to be careful and all that stuff-I don't think that girls are into it as heavy as us.

Secondly the LD1 rim i think is single handedly the most copied rim in history. If you choose to go w/the real version go w/ staggered style set up. That is one of the most effective way to let people know "hey these are the real deal, check out the rear lip", because knock of rims tend to either come in at most 8.5 inches or they have the same lip size on all 4 rims.

The LD1 is a nice rim, don't let other people make you believe your car will only look nice w/Carlsson, Lorinser etc. I mean why spend all that money to make your car look bland(BTW I'm not hating on those that have it-Just my opinion), I almost made the same mistake.

Franco, can u post your pic of your car from the front and rear?? Your car from the side looks awesome, touring car style, i like the side skirt. You need to lower the front a bit more i think

Hi W0n6_3d4n,

Your car also looks great. Unfortunately, the roads in our area are not very well maintained. Lots of potholes. If we had better maintained roads I would definately go with 19'' wheels and lower the front a bit more like you said.

Some people are just oblivious to anything different outside the US. This applies to lots of things other than MB's.
