Sure there are a lot of 3-series out there, but it's not like the C240 is super exclusive either. I suppose some people just don't want another C240 next to them in traffic, whereas with the 325i, it's likely.

oggle, for #2 what you said was "it looks too small for your liking" and that is what i called a personal opinion. you could've at least say "the 3er is smaller in interior space".
anyway, from personal experience. I think the 3er's interior is better in fit and finish. at least my 2000 328Ci was a winner. The dash in my 32 is squeaking here and there, but i learn to live with it. Oh well, I love'em all.
