No, you cannot. The projectorlens is different (the US version has a horizontal line, the euro versions don't have that line) and the part that makes the actual light pattern is a steel cover plate between the xenon reflector and projector lens and is completely different shaped. You have to change that plate inside the xenon projector to change the light pattern.

Uh no, it's the same Xenon bulb so there is absolutely no reason why there would be a difference between the Euro and US-DOT spec bulbs. HID bulbs need to break in though, so if you have a really new vehicle, they will appear rather yellowish for the first 50 hours or so.
