No. Stock 04.5 height which is slightly lower. This is my wife's car and I am already taking a risk putting on 19's. I don't think she is as careful as you are if I were to lower the car.

Thumbs up yummy!

yes... just what I've been looking for!!! looks hot. are those single piece? tyre size? 245 fronts 265 rears? I'm looking for staggered 19's I'm ordering original brabus 2 piece next week, but if I can source staggered replicas I'm going to do that instead. the savings will go into other engine mods...

ACE wheels... gotta remember that name.

She didn't realize the visual difference and kept on saying it looked like the stock ones! LOL! Guys used to hit on her when she had a 323Ci with 19" Breytons. That car was visually "tight" with all the MODS I put into it.

My wife is actually "biotchy" and usually shrugs them off. I wonder if people think she is a stripper driving a modded Benz?

3PointedStar:

The whole name is Ace Alloy Wheels. They are single piece (fake 2 piece). I am using 235s in the front and 265s in the rear.

The Brabus replicas are not in their regular catalog. You have to "request" them. What I liked about the Ace over the Movens is that the Aces have specially made hub-centric spacers at 6mm and 12mm that screw onto the wheel. The offsets for their Mono V replicas (8.5" at 38mm) and (9.5" at 42mm). Their offsets for Mono VI replicas are 38mm for both 8.5" and 9.5". Good luck!

Lake Las Vegas is absolutely stunning! The only thing I can afford out there is a condo. One thing I don't like about Lake Las Vegas is that it is far (by LV standards) and that the nearest market is not in the best of neighborhoods (older part of Henderson). Lake Las Vegas does not have a shopping center decicated to it's residents. If you want to live in a man-made lake area, there is a neighborhood called "The Lakes". The lake there is more like a "pond" and nothing like Lake Las Vegas. That is on the West Side of town at Sahara/Fort Apache and only 1.5 mi east of Summerlin. You are close enough to Summerlin to enjoy the future shopping ammenities.

Seven Hills is very nice. My wife's co-worker has a golf course property house that overlooks a fairway and has a beautiful view of the Valley. The only downside of Seven Hills is that it is next to a commuter airport that is located south west of Seven Hills.

Summerlin has to be one of the best places to live in Vegas. Did you check out: www.summerlin.com ?

Are you looking for a rental property or second house?

Thanks Lorsiner-C. I thought I would get flamed for using replicas . I just can't afford to spend so much on wheels and tires. Now....I just need to meet you guys one day at a LA GTG.

And personally ask Brabus-C for a sig

Noble: If I lower it, I'm sure the wife would "chew-up" the front spoiler at a parking lot. But isn't the 04.5 Sport Suspension similar in lowering height to a Eibach (may be .1 or .2" difference) ? Between Eibach, Brabus, and H&R...I thought Eibach had the least lowering and the H&R (non-cup kit) had the most lowering?

Thanks for the link & Info...I'll definitely check it out, I really like the Summerlin area & not being too far way from Mt Charleston for skiing & snowboarding seasons...I'm acutally looking for rental/investment/vacation property...Bellagio charges a grip for their rooms.
BTW: I didn't notice any MB tuners/shop in the LV area...know of any???

Cheers
Richard

Hey guys...thanks for all of the positive comments!

Special thanks to Jim (Brabus-C) for that awesome sig. I didn't formally ask you and yet you took it upon yourself to help me out. Thanks again. You truly have skillz, bro! It does look real good lowered. BTW..what weels did you get? I remember you posting something about somone misrepresenting a set of rims you bought. Please post pics!

Enri: Don't have to worry much about curb rashing since the chance of her parallel park is very slim and we don't have many of those concrete islands with curbs in the middle of the road like in LA. She only drives to work and shopping and all parking spaces angle inwards here in Vegas. Thank god!

Silva: LOL!

Richard: No MBZ tuner shops here in LV. Shops mostly cater to the Import crowd. You are better off taking care of business in LA. Gamble more and you'll get a free room at the Bellagio

Just got the tint done this morning. 18% metallicized reflective film. Pics later on....it is really cloudy today and camera sux.
