W203/CL203 Aftermarket Wheel Thread - All you want to know

The only wheel size they have there is 18x8 with 32mm offset. Does that mean I cannot go staggered like the stock 17's? (Recommended Tire Size: 225/40-18, according to the website) What are the tire sizes the majority of people here use on their 18"s?
I've always wanted to have AMG replica wheel and i think this might be a good option...Thanks!

I used their upgrade garage and it only finds 225/40-18 tires all around for this 18x8. I think somebody has asked this before and sounds like a reduction of 20mm in the rear is going to greatly reduce the performance. If I am going for my only option on this set of wheel which is 18x8 front/rear (i don't want 19"), what should I pick on the tire size to maintain or nearly maintain the stock performance?

One thing I did notice, though is these rims are heavy! 26.5 pounds for 18X8?...Man, that's where my rear 19X10's are at in terms of weight. I'd suggest going with TSW Bremmas over these. And the Bremmas look more like AMG's than these.

How much lighter is the TSW Bremmas? and what would be the best source to get TSW Bremmas from?

You can also look through the Group Buy forum and see if there was a group buy done anytime recently (or even in the past). Usually, it'll have links or contacts for whomever you can buy them from.
It's easy to find things if you take the time to do the research. My motto when it comes to my car is I'm never gonna go with what is directly in front of me, without researching everything around or behind things that are stairing me in the face. In the end, it ends up becoming a great decision to take my time rather than buying, just to buy. Every single thing that has gone on my car has been researched (w/ exception of 1 mod early on).
B, that's a good one for the Noob motto, but there's also:What are the cheapest aftermarket wheels available for the w203?
My Answer:
Whatever the cheapest mod is, if it's wheels or brakes, forget it!

I did notice that too, but it sounds like putting 19's needs a lot of additional jobs done...i am not an expert on that and I'll likely not make it right.
I am thinking to make my very first mod with my first tire replacement. Afterall, when else would be a better opportunity to get new wheels??

I have a question that I can't answer myself and I allready searched over the net.
C AMG wheels (in 18 and in 17") have 7,5" ET 37 front and 8,5" ET 30 rear, does an 8 x 18 ET 50 front and 8,5 x 18 ET 54 will fit!?
They use the same tire as AMG 18" 225 / 40 ZR 18 front and 255 / 35 ZR 18, could the wheels fit strangelly with the C coupe (my case)
bigger ET the wheel goes where?! out or in!?
Please help me to understand this!
Thanks
