that red one
I like the rims a lot, but I don't like the company that is selling them.

I was looking to buy aftermarket wheels for my car, they had the rims that I wanted and when my husband and I called them to ask some questions, we spoke to several people who just didn't have a clue. Every answer out of their mouths was, "I don't know".

If you want to know the name of the place where I ended up getting my rims from, pm and I'd be more than happy to give you their number. They probably have these rims in stock.

I know some people from the porsche boards who have wheels from them, most people seem to be happy. I remember there being two sources on ebay for those same eurotech wheels, one tries to rip you off for shipping while the other has realistic prices.

I like these rims very much, my only hange up is if the wheels are staggered, I like the lip to show it and these do not.
Good Luck.

changing wheels/tires soon 18 front 19 rear???

I am considering putting 18's on the front and 19's on the rear so I can have a larger lips and a little larger contact patch.....anyone done this?

I have not chosen wheels yet...I most likely want something with black centers and a polished lip...

i know that people with supercars do this, such as the corvettes, vipers, lambos etc. don't know about our cars. maybe frank can chime in on the true staggered setup.

Can't really see the point in putting 18's front and 19's rear. The MB staggered setup is already good i.e. 18's or 19's allround. Surely you are messing with the geometry of the car and will encounter problems with suspension parts and the overall ride. I would go for 18 x 8 (or 8.5) front, and maybe 18 x 9.5 rear or the same in 19's. At the end of the day its your car, and i am not sure who might have attempted this configuration especially on an MB.

Sorry mu9enx meant to quote from original post.

that's what i'm saying. i think that wider rubber in the rear will be fine; don't have to opt for the 18/19's setup.

Offset Question for 18x8 ET28

I have a 2004.0 C230 sport sedan, so I have the older smaller brakes without the cross drilled rotors.

Will a 18x8 ET28 offset fit on my car? Would spacers be required if this size works? I searched the forum and couldn't find any information on a 28 offset with this wheel size. Thanks.

I like the set on the left more- the other set looks too "bling" for my tastes.

After reading through this thread, you would know that those offsets will work just fine for your setup, and might even clear bbk if your car had the larger brakes.

Mercedes C230K Sport 2005
Hey guys, im about to change my rims on my C230K 2005.

I want some 19 inch, I just wanted to ask if the ride experience changes, for example steering, road bumps, ride hardness, or the suspension feels different, and if 19 inc wheels need special suspension or something like that.

I dont want to mess my ride just because of huge rims, I had some 18s on my previous C200 K 2003 and I didnt have a problem with anything, I just want to be sure 19 inc wheels will be ok or of theres to much of a problem.

Thanx in advance.

Well, you're not losing much rubber from 18's (225/40R18F and 255/35R18R) vs. 19's (235/35R19 and 265/30R19), so if you were comfortable on 18's, you shouldn't feel that much of a difference (if any) with 19's. The main difference would be in the steering. The ride harshness or the suspension shouldn't feel any different.

Do Bremmas come in gunmetal? I didn't think they did.

Lowenhart LD5, 19" (Staggered), Chrome, Stock Suspension
(I want to lower it any recommendations people!??!?!)

And is it ok to only lower the front? Because the back is very snugg due to
ton's of Audio Equipment and Rubs on Dips with 2 Adults in the back... but
i need to get rid of that nasty gap in the front!

Thank's in advance!

Go with coilovers so you can get the drop just how you want it.

Well, here's the thing. It's possible to paint the Bremmas, but they're 1 piece rims with fake rivots, so all the trouble it would be to paint one piece rims...I'd think that they are something else. Take that for what it's worth, but I dunno if they're necessarily st4's. A lot of companies have made reps of the amg style 4 rims.
