C63 diffuser on w203
It's too bad when I went by his shop, it was clised, with a sign saying that he'd be on vacation in Portugal for the next two weeks. Grr....
Just as well though, because next week, I'm planning on taking my car and the family down to DC for the week, checking out the sights. Total trip should be over 1,000 miles. Considering I usually drive about 5,000 miles a year, this trip is a lot. So I'm going to wait until I come back from DC to install it. That way, there's less of a chance of someone accidentally bumping me while parked in DC and any potential accidents during the trip.
I know it would be a good test to see how well the diffuser would stay on, but I'll leave that to some of the rest of you to test

I too noticed that certain areas, notably, on the left and right ends of the diffuser where it bends down, it doesn't match 100% to the cut line of the OEM bumper. But I think with a little bit of heat from a hair dryer, it should mold perfectly well. I'll see what happens with mine.
BTW, mine arrived with no cracks and no damage

I actually used black silicone (that I got from PepBoys) in addition to the double sided tape to seal and secure my Vorsteiner cSL splitters on my M3. I had to do it three times to get it perfect. The trick is, even though it's pretty flexible and soft, you need to use painters tape to hold the item in place. Just use blue tape and make sure it compresses the diffuser onto the bumper and leave the tape on for at least 12 hours. That way, the silicone has time to dry and the diffuser sticks on closer to the bumper.
Good luck!

lmao, mine was too. i wish there was some supersteelclearcoat !

mine is still stuck in customs in LA
