Telephone question
Just bought an 05 c230, and I have some questions about the telephone system. The manual isn't very clear about the phone, so I really don't know where to start. Is it something I have to have activated by the dealer and acquire new service? Or is a blue tooth operation that I can use with my current phone? If it is bluetooth, anyone know how to sink them up?

Some basic wiring is installed in the car. You will need a vehicle completer kit from the dealer. The cradle or bluetooth unit goes in the cnter console, under the the compartment area beneath the lid. Be prepared when you find out how much it costs though. I had mine installed back when I first got the car.

Thanks for the advise. There are a bunch of phone controls on the stereo console, and I did find a wiring harness in the center console that I didn't know what was for. Sounds like it might be part of the phone system.
